This project was one of the teams more complex builds, and as such it was decided that we'd start off with a layout designed as a flat graphic. My application of choice is Illustrator, with plenty of help from Photoshop as well.
Stock images as well as those provided by the client, a slew of vector icons (both stock and custom) and various other graphic elments all had to be combined to deliver a cohesive and pleasing design that made sense both to the client and users of the site alike.
To start off I designed the home page and their single product page. Other inner pages with brochure content would be simple enough to borrow from the home page for any design needed. In the end, with plenty of tweaks from the client, they were very satisfied with the look of this design.
Nothing stays the same in web design of course, so the current itteration of this site had plenty of changes, but the spirit of the original remains.
